At Varni Jewels INC, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we process and ship orders through our mobile application and website.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email or in-app notification confirming your order and tracking information once the order has shipped.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location and the nature of the order (retail or wholesale):

For Retail Customers:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination.

For Wholesale Buyers:

  • Bulk Shipping Options: May include freight or palletized delivery depending on order size and destination.

  • Carrier Accounts: Wholesale clients may request to use their own shipping accounts with prior approval.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery speed, and destination.

  • Free standard shipping may be offered for qualifying retail orders (e.g. over $100) — subject to change during promotions.

  • Wholesale orders may qualify for discounted or flat-rate shipping based on volume.


4. Tracking and Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or through your app account. You can track your order through:

  • Your app profile under “My Orders”

  • The carrier's website (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)


5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your package is missing or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if applicable.


6. International Shipping & Customs

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Orders may be delayed due to customs processing in the destination country.


7. Address Changes and Cancellations

  • You may update your shipping address before your order is processed. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed.
