At Varni Jewels INC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for returns, complaints, and custom order terms.
1. General Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Returns:
Must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Include proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Initiated within 14 days of receiving the item
Must contain an RMA# obtained by contacting customer service through this app
Ineligible Returns:
Custom or made-to-order items (see Section 3 below)
Final sale or clearance items
Items returned without prior approval
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
2. Reporting a Problem (Complaint Process)
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately with:
Your order number
Photos of the product and packaging
Description of the issue
We will investigate and, if applicable, offer a replacement, credit, or refund. All items will be insured and shipped, in the event of an issue we will require this information to open a claim.
Note: We do not accept complaints after 7 days from the delivery date.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom jewelry and personalized items are made specifically for your order and may be subject to a restocking or cancellation fee once production has begun.
Custom Order Policy:
Cancellations within 24 hours: Full refund.
Cancellations after 24 hours: Subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% depending on production stage.
Returns: Only accepted for defective or incorrect items; otherwise, custom orders are final sale.
We reserve the right to deny a refund for custom pieces that meet quality and design standards outlined and approved in the original order.
4. Wholesale Returns
Wholesale clients may be subject to additional return restrictions:
Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of delivery.
All returned items are subject to inspection, and must be returned in the condition in which they were dispatched.
A restocking fee may apply on certain custom orders if canceled, modified, or returned for reasons other than manufacturing defect which is our error.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once processed
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. How to Initiate a Return or File a Complaint
To start a return or file a complaint:

Include your order number, description of the issue, and relevant photos
Wait for confirmation and return instructions before shipping items back
Unauthorized returns may be rejected or returned to sender.
